TCP is hiring a results-driven outbound Business Development Representative to join a growing team and contribute to new pipeline generation/growth. As an outbound BDR, you’ll make the first point of contact with target prospect accounts within your territory to acquire new customers.
Requirements
- Reach out to target prospect accounts and contacts within your territory daily through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage content to drive engaging discussions that create opportunities to follow up with prospects through a consistent cadence of phone calls and emails.
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers and educate them about TCP Software’s portfolio of products and services.
- Qualify prospects using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeframe) to assess when a prospect is likely ready to enter the sales process.
- Schedule discovery call or meeting for sales representatives and assign/hand off BANT qualified MQLs to Account Executives via Salesforce.
- Research prospective companies to determine whether they fit our ideal customer profile and update Salesforce with accurate account and contact details.
