Job Description
TCP Software is seeking a CS Analyst and Systems Analyst to help grow their customer base. The role involves retaining and expanding install base, understanding customer business, and aligning customer needs with product offerings. This is a high-touch, relationship-building position focused on customer success and SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Experience as a Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer (desirable)
- Technical exposure to solution delivery, implementation, or product development (a plus)
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about building customer relationships
- Experience driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Previous Success or Sales experience is a plus
- Physical requirements for prolonged sitting and lifting
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
