SUPV II PRODUCTION

As a Supervisor II in Production, you will oversee daily operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include supervising and leading production team members, ensuring daily production schedules are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of production experience in high-volume manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
