Job Description
Teal Communications is seeking a People & Talent Manager (HR) to support talent acquisition efforts and people operations in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in recruiting and human resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and recruiting
- Knowledge of people management and recruiting best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally JazzHR or Gusto)
- Proficiency with Gusto, LinkedIn, Teams, and other business/HR/recruiting software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
