We require an experienced Service Manager with a deep understanding of Digital Transformation in the public sector to help us design, develop and test the Transformation Support Service.
Requirements
- Experience of providing transformation advice to government in the fields of digital, data & technology and organisation design & the cultural changes required to achieve it
- Experience of delivering government digital services and a deep understanding of the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live process
- Experience of a number of tools and techniques when consulting with government departments and teams
- Experience of working with Executive stakeholders in government
- Experience of working with digital delivery teams in government
- Experience of setting strategy, visions and goals
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Expertise in agile governance
- Experience and understanding of digital service management
- Expertise in process design
