Coordinator Practice

The Practice Coordinator supports and maintains the operations of the TeamHealth Hospital Medicine practice, both administratively and operationally. This is an on-site position that requires knowledge of medical records administration, patient registration, and documentation workflows, as well as compliance with hospital guidelines and TeamHealth's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Recent, relevant experience (within the past six months) in a hospital or physician office setting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately without direct supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience working directly with clinicians is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across departments
