Job Description
At TechBiz Global, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee and improve daily operations across our European business. This role involves developing operational workflows, managing 3PL partners, and ensuring quality control standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-4 years of operational experience in supply chain, logistics, or device management
- Strong expertise in supply chain operations and 3PL management
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with grading / quality assurance of electronic devices
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills would be an advantage
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
