Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, with experience managing managers
- Experience leading organizations of 25+ engineers across multiple domains
- Proven track record of leading engineering organizations through significant growth and change
- Deep technical expertise across multiple domains with ability to evaluate complex architectural decisions
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority at executive level
- Strong background in operational excellence, including monitoring, incident response, and quality systems
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated experience defining, cascading, and driving execution against organizational goals (e.g., OKRs), ensuring alignment between engineering initiatives and business objectives.
