Requirements
- 10+ years in design, 5+ leading or mentoring
- Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and imagery
- Strong print and digital production expertise
- Experience directing photography and post-production
- Calm, confident leadership presence
- Decisive. Detail-driven. Solutions-oriented.
- Curious about AI and evolving creative systems
