Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design, including 5+ years in management and mentorship.
- An exceptional eye for typography, layout, color and image.
- Solid expertise in print and digital production.
- Experience in photo direction and post-production.
- A calm and confident leadership presence.
- A decision-making spirit, a great attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
- A real curiosity about AI and the evolution of creative systems.
