Requirements
- BA/BS + 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired
- Applied knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic office software
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, background screening tools, job boards, and internal recruiting and security-related technologies
