Requirements

• BA/BS + 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
• Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired
• Applied knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic office software
• Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, background screening tools, job boards, and internal recruiting and security-related technologies
