TechOp Solutions is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding talent and driving company growth, with experience in government contracting or recruiting agency support. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to support staffing needs and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- BA/BS + 2-3 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in federal contracting recruiting highly desired
- Applied knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic office software
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, background screening tools, job boards, and internal recruiting and security-related technologies
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Experience utilizing and navigating online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and Handshake
