Techstra is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform to support our banking operations.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support Salesforce configuration, customization, testing, and deployment across multiple banking departments.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance (including KYC, AML, and other regulatory frameworks).
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
