As an Attention Advisor, you will identify, evaluate, and resolve the needs of our audiences to provide extraordinary experiences, through an excellent service, in accordance with institutional procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Degree or engineering degree
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• English B2 or higher
• Experience managing a system such as CRM
• Communication, problem-solving, and results-oriented guidance skills
