As an Organizational Specialist, the main challenge is to be the strategic partner of business and government leaders in your region, detecting their needs, and offering solutions with successful commercial management to accelerate the growth/effectiveness of their objectives and processes.
Requirements
- Establish a permanent link with the companies and government of the region, seeking short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities
- Ensure the fulfillment of the region's goals (income and surplus).
- Ensure that your team has clear income, surplus goals, and are aligned with the region's commitments.
- Hold weekly meetings with your team to inform the progress of goals, income flow per seller, and surplus.
- Recognize the fulfillment of sales goals of each of your sellers, ensuring on time and in due form the payment of their commissions, in accordance with the variable compensation model authorized during the cycle.
- Implement actions to reduce the overdue accounts receivable of your region.
- Ensure that your work team registers all interactions/sales with companies and/or government in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
