The Store Leader of TECstore Cuernavaca will provide excellent attention and service to TECstore, Club16, Venues, and more TEC Venture businesses, with quality operation. The role involves commercialization of physical spaces, personalized attention, and sales goals fulfillment.

- Commercialization of physical spaces for cultural events and performances
- Personalized attention and advice to clients in person
- Identification of client needs and proposal of solutions according to their requirements
- Prospect follow-up, scouting, and support in the promotion of events and commercial activations
- Individual and team sales goals fulfillment
- Commercial information registration and updating
- General store administration
- Negotiation capacity and assertive communication
- Monthly reporting of sales follow-up and initiatives worked on
- Creating a relationship of trust with potential clients and maintaining it with post-sale clients to ensure additional referrals
- Annual and semiannual budget planning and income and expenses
- Establishment and follow-up of semiannual goals with measurable metrics
- Coordination with different business areas
- Coordination of logistics and stand mounting for sales events inside and outside the Campus
- Responsible for cyclic and annual inventory coordination and realization
- Responsible for managing cash and income, ensuring they are reflected in the corresponding accounts and systems
- Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics for KPI compliance
- Knowledge of sales systems (product additions, entries, exits, payment, label generation, report generation)
- Coordinating store visual merchandising and new campaign launches on time and in form
- Preparation of material for audits
