Ingeniero Especialista de TI Field Services

Tecmilenio is seeking an IT Field Services Specialist to provide effective and efficient support for the tools and enablers of Information Technologies used in the Campus by the University Tecmilenio. The successful candidate will provide timely attention to requests and effective resolution of incidents that allow compliance with the service level agreements established in the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field completed (with a degree preferred)
• Experience for at least two years in areas of Information Technology Support
• Knowledge of Basic Technical Knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, Basic of Networks (FTP, TCP/IP), Infrastructure, Telephony, Access Control, CCTV, Intermediate Office, and best practices for customer attention and problem resolution (ITIL)
• Software and license administration
• Initiative, organization capacity, warmth in attention with the user, adaptability, and English technical reading
