Développeur principal (Java)

Tecsys is seeking a Senior Developer (Java) to contribute to the design and scaling of backend systems for healthcare, retail, and distribution networks. This role involves leveraging technical expertise, business sense, and architectural vision to ensure the performance, reliability, and agility of customers. The position requires collaboration, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience creating Java backend systems in production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot, Java 11+ and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Solid proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven and modern development environments (IntelliJ, Eclipse).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable solutions within complex and distributed architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership skills – capable of inspiring, mentoring and bringing clarity to complex problem-solving.
• Strong business orientation: you align engineering efforts with product goals and the organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you are a real link between teams, roles and disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• A+ designation (or equivalent) is desired.
