Job Description
Tecsys is seeking a Principal (Java) Developer to design and scale backend systems powering their mission-critical healthcare, retail, and complex distribution supply chains. The role involves technical leadership, collaboration, and mentorship, requiring a hands-on contributor with expertise in Java, microservices, and distributed systems. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building Java-based backend systems in production environments.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Java 11+, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Solid foundation in RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (a plus).
- Experience with Git, Maven, and modern IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse).
