Job Description
TEHORA is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Tunisia. The recruiter will be responsible for full recruitment processes, managing the recruitment lifecycle from posting to selection, and contributing to talent acquisition. They will also be responsible for social media presence and analysis of candidate skills.
Requirements
- 3-1 year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in recruitment agency strongly appreciated
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Good handling of surprises and priorities
- Initiative and ability to anticipate actions
- Good client approach and strict follow-ups
- Degree of autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in specialized IT and engineering positions (civil engineering, BTP)
- Fluency in English and French
