• Establish recruitment priorities & monitor ongoing assignments
• Follow up on candidates on applications
• Identify passive candidates & qualify them for future needs
• Analyze candidate skills based on business needs
• Advise managers during interviews & candidate selection
• Implement talent attraction and acquisition solutions
• Stay up-to-date with job postings, interview techniques, and market trends
• Manage 15-20 open positions
