Chargé de recrutement (h/f)

TEHORA is seeking a Recruiter with strong technical skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The role involves full onboarding, candidate management, LinkedIn recruitment, and identifying passive candidates. This position is for a full-time, remote, telecommuting position in Morocco.

Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of recruiting experience
• Strong capacity to work in a team and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities and prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Excellent customer approach and follow-up skills
• Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in recruiting specialist positions in IT and engineering (civil, BTP) is a plus
• Proficiency in managing 15-20 positions based on recruitment priorities
• Intermediate level of English language
• Experience managing 15-20 positions based on recruitment priorities.
