TEHORA is seeking a Recruiter with strong technical skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The role involves full onboarding, candidate management, LinkedIn recruitment, and identifying passive candidates. This position is for a full-time, remote, telecommuting position in Morocco.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of recruiting experience
- Strong capacity to work in a team and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent customer approach and follow-up skills
- Autonomy with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in recruiting specialist positions in IT and engineering (civil, BTP) is a plus
- Proficiency in managing 15-20 positions based on recruitment priorities
- Intermediate level of English language
- Experience managing 15-20 positions based on recruitment priorities.
