Test Lead

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Test Lead in a software organization
• Deep experience with test automation in the relevant tech stack and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of test frameworks, automation tools, and QA best practices
• Hands-on, able to teach by doing, not just telling
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Empathy for end users, with a clear understanding of when quality is “good enough”
• Experience working in SaaS environments is a plus
