WFM Planning Analyst I-Grade B1

This WFM Planning Analyst I role focuses on ensuring adherence to scheduling guidelines and managing real-time activities. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, optimizing schedules, and providing reporting on productivity, compliance, and shrinkage.
