Planning Analyst

A Planning Analyst role is being sought within the Resource Planning Team at an existing company. The role involves optimizing resource against client demand and budget delivery, providing data analysis, forecasting, and suggesting improvements. It requires expert knowledge of WFM systems and adaptation to changing situations.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience working in a Resource Planning / Workforce Management team
• FTE sizing/Account sizing (Modelling) experience desirable
• Advanced MS Excel
• Knowledge of NICE IEX tool
• Strong attention to detail
