Assistant Sales Manager, Cargo

Develop new air freight clients, maintain existing client relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, or Marketing.
• 2+ years of freight forwarding sales experience (air/ocean), with existing client resources preferred.
• Knowledge of air freight market, airline routes, and IATA regulations.
• Fluent in English (CET-4+), able to handle emails and negotiations independently.
• Result-driven, resilient, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Talents with knowledges of Ecommerce Logistics are preferred.
