Teleport is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with experience in AI technologies and infrastructure. The role involves working with customers to understand their challenges, designing secure and scalable solutions, and guiding prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/LLM infrastructure, Linux, and cloud-native technologies, as well as experience with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, DevSecOps or a highly technical customer-facing role
- Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure (GPU clusters, data governance, inference workloads, ML pipelines) and associated security requirements
- Experience with using/configuring/debugging Linux machines and Network issues
- Strong understanding and experience with Kubernetes, including hands-on troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and securing infrastructure at scale (e.g., source control, code reviews, unit testing, agile principles)
- Advanced understanding of identity security and modern Zero Trust security approaches
- Proven ability to develop scripts and automation using Linux Shell, Go, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of system architecture, provisioning, and administration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity
- Strong presentation, demo, and white-boarding skills
