Junior Helpdesk Technician, 6-month contract

This is a temporary, 6-month contract role as a Junior Service Desk Technician, supporting all end-user technologies and providing customer support to Telesign employees.

Requirements

• English proficiency
• 0-2 years supporting users, both deskside and remote
• 0-2 years supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
• Active Directory experience
• Office 365 experience
• Global Protect client experience
• OKTA or similar SSO/SAML platform experience
• JAMF and Intune or similar endpoint management platform experience
• Experience supporting Teams and Zoom or similar UCaaS platforms
• Experienced working with the JIRA or similar ticketing system
• Ability to perform general maintenance duties
