Job Description
Telexistence Inc. is seeking a HR Operations & Attendance Lead to oversee payroll, attendance management, and labor compliance in Japan. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll processes, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining smooth HR administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with labor management and attendence systems. The HR Director will report to the HR Director.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or labor management in Japan.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor law, employment regulations, and social insurance practices.
- Experience working with attendance management systems (Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (native preferred), and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- IPO preparation experience is a plus.
