Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support to Temedica, a digital health company. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring GDPR compliance, and providing pragmatic legal advice. You will work closely with the management and teams to provide business-oriented legal support.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with excellent academic degree
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in a digital environment
• Solid knowledge and extensive experience in corporate law
• Knowledge of trademark law and medical device law is an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Ability to negotiate and draft contracts in both languages
