Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

As Legal Counsel (part-time), you will provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal support across Temedica, focusing on commercial agreements, data protection, IP matters, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with an excellent academic degree
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in a digital environment
• Solid knowledge and extensive experience in corporate law
• Knowledge of trademark law and medical device law is an advantage
• Good judgment and ability to recognize where external specialists need to be involved
• High organizational skills and ability to manage and coordinate legal issues in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
• Native-level German and excellent English
