Requirements
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist credential within 1 year of hire
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Nutrition, or Pharmacy
- 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse, Dietitian, or Pharmacist
- 3 years experience in Diabetes self-management education and support
- General Experience and working knowledge of diabetes technology
- General Experience working with a diverse patient population
