Job Description
Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for an Associate Athletic Director/Director of Development to support the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development & NIL Strategy with leadership, direction, and coordination for the management of all advancement activities for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of related experience in fundraising, account management, or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or assignments simultaneously
- Success in developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with key donors, volunteer leadership, senior staff, and colleagues
