Temple University's Lewis Katz School of Medicine is searching for a Sr. Research Administrator to provide high-level review of Center funding, financial oversight, and management of business processes for faculty and staff. The Senior Administrator will also strategize with faculty and fellows to provide management of their financial research portfolio and suggest funding opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of directly related experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Research Administration experience within a higher education or medical setting preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with database and spreadsheet software programs
- Financial analysis skills and ability to manage large data sets
- Leadership, management, and decision-making skills
- Innovation and collaboration regarding research initiatives
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and clinical research regulations
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to execute decisions with a sense of urgency and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse constituent population
