As a representative, you will promote the company's values, develop initiatives, and maintain optimal customer service actions while achieving monthly goals.

Requirements

• Technician/technologist and/or professional in administration, logistics, customer service, and/or related fields.
• At least 4 months exercising your current position at Envia.com
• Experience in customer service through chat, calls, and ticket management
• Communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Good spelling, grammar, writing, and syntax
• Package management of Office
