Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service through different channels (chat, email, etc.)
• Intermediate English
• Proactive and result-oriented approach in contexts that require rapid decisions.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
• High analytical capacity.
• Ability to prepare presentations for customers and suppliers with relevant information.
