Job Description
We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our growing Customer Services Team, helping customers at every stage of their TentBox journey. You'll build expert knowledge of our roof tents and accessories, supporting customers across various channels and delivering a confident, white-glove experience that puts the customer first.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and face to face
- A genuine desire to help people
