We’re looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong focus on paid advertising to join the TentBox creative team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to make outdoor adventure accessible to everyone, creating ads that capture attention, inspire our audience, and bring even more people into the TentBox community.
Requirements
- Brand Growth: Play a key role in scaling the TentBox brand through high-impact, conversion-led creative campaigns.
- Video Editing: Own the full editing process, turning loose briefs into engaging, high-performing paid social videos.
- Production Cycle: Contribute across ideation, editing, and final delivery of content for paid channels.
- Creative Testing: Test, iterate, and learn alongside the wider team to continuously improve performance.
- Concept Development: Pitch new ideas, hooks, and editing techniques based on trends, performance, and intuition.
- Creative Excellence: Produce high-quality edits, exploring new creative routes and adapting content into multiple formats and ratios.
- Workflow Discipline: Follow established workflows, file structures, and naming conventions to ensure smooth collaboration and version control.
- Multi-Format Assets: Create videos, feed posts, stories, GIFs, and animations for paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Performance Optimisation: Use organic and paid performance data to refine, optimise, and scale creative output.
