EHS Manager

Terabase Energy is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform for large-scale solar projects. They are seeking an EHS Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and execution of day-to-day requirements, manage workers compensation claims, and drive safety programs. The role will involve both client sites and Terabase facilities, operating on site and within an office setting.

Requirements

• Provide support to R&D and product teams, maintaining visibility on projects.
• Develop Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for project safety.
• Investigate and mitigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain safety training content.
• Support project safety management needs.
• Understand and apply OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations.
