We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary advocate for our largest, most strategic customers, ensuring they unlock maximum adoption and ROI with our platform.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a strategic Customer Success or account management role
- Experience managing multiple large-scale enterprise accounts simultaneously
- Proven success in long-term relationship development
- Strong project management skills
- Experience building and leading customer success teams or cross-functional account teams
- Strong commercial and technical account management skills
- Experience with Salesforce
