Senior Recruiter

Terracon is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their National Talent Acquisition team. The role involves conducting full life-cycle staffing/recruiting, developing and implementing recruiting strategies, and working with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 10 years of professional staffing and recruiting experience in engineering consulting firm or related corporate environment
• Expertise in multiple creative sourcing techniques for active and passive applicants
• Experience with applicant tracking system required
• Familiarity with social networking
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
