Project Finance Manager - Execution

Terraformation's mission is to accelerate global forest restoration as a critical climate solution, enabling high-quality, large-scale, and financially sustainable projects worldwide. The Project Finance team plays a central role in enabling this mission by securing and structuring the capital needed to launch and scale restoration projects.

Requirements

• Project finance experience
• Execution experience of project finance transactions
• Capable of building and/or interacting with financial models
• Contract negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work across time zones and tight deal deadlines
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, financial, or technical discipline

Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
• Plus equity (depending on location and experience)
