Civil Structural Engineer /Project Manager

This is a position for a proactive and independent Civil Structural Engineer/Project Manager who will support engineering projects with utility clients in a social and environmentally responsible company. The role involves managing site planning, performing preliminary and final engineering, and presenting technical topics to non-engineering disciplines. Requirements

• Manage site planning and project constraints.
• Perform preliminary and final engineering including roadways, grading, sewer, and storm drain improvements.
• Provide preliminary Engineering for environmental permits.
• Present technical engineering topics to non-engineering disciplines.
• Perform field investigations and inspections of substation infrastructure.
• Manage construction permitting, follow-up on City approvals, and coordinate with construction staff.
• Perform constructability reviews.
• Lead technical scope, schedule, financial management, and contract terms.
• Manage water and sediment control plans.
• Manage projects and value engineering.
