Job Description
This position is for a Project Controls Manager reporting to the Program Controls Lead for the Central Terminal Area (CTA) of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The role involves managing contractual, schedule, and financial compliance for capital improvements, including renovations, upgrades, and landscaping. The successful candidate will be meticulous, proactive, and possess strong project management skills. They are seeking a highly organized professional with a strategic mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 20 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience managing a team of project controls staff
- Experience with projects more than $500 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, specifically Progressive Design-Build
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
