Tsui Group is seeking a qualified Project Manager V - Terminal Delivery Director to manage the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of design & construction activities for a Terminal Modernization project. The role involves overseeing, mitigating risks, supervising teams, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The position is on-site in Los Angeles County.
Requirements
- 20 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Demonstrable specialized experience / area of expertise
- Experience with projects more than $250 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field
- Relevant professional licensure and/or certification (AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems
- Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred
