Tether is seeking a Blockchain Expansion Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives across Tether's blockchain partner ecosystem. The role focuses on building and managing high-impact relationships with blockchain foundations while executing strategic projects that expand the real-world adoption and utility of Tether assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology.
• Strong track record of managing high-impact, strategic growth projects from concept through execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into executable projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as expansion, economics, marketing, or product.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and operate effectively in a remote, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
