Blockchain Expansion Manager (100% remote)

Tether is seeking a Blockchain Expansion Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives across Tether's blockchain partner ecosystem. The Blockchain Expansion Manager will work closely with blockchain partners to design and deliver initiatives that meaningfully grow Tether's asset usage through practical, real-world use cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology.
• Strong track record of managing high-impact, strategic growth projects from concept through execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into executable projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as expansion, economics, marketing, or product.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and operate effectively in a remote, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
