Senior Legal Officer

We are seeking a high-class Legal Counsel to join our global team, with experience in ship sale and purchase, asset finance, corporate finance, JVs and other corporate transactions, and regulatory work and government/agency engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE at a leading corporate and/or law firm, in Nigeria or internationally, with either shipping expertise or high-class experience from commodities, oil and gas, finance, aviation, or similar.
