Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a dedicated Engagement Director for key accounts in North America. This role focuses on driving renewal, expanding customer base, and collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-sales to ensure successful implementation and value realization. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and a strong ability to lead high-performing delivery teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery leadership within the Life Sciences software and data market
- 3+ years in management consulting
- Experience leading teams in the top 250 bio/pharma cohort
- Experience delivering complex enterprise deals with $ hundreds of thousands to millions in ARR
- Coaching and mentoring Engagement, Project, Program, and/or Customer Success Managers
