Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a highly experienced Engagement Director to lead key account management for North America. This role focuses on driving renewal numbers, collaboration with Account Executives and Pre-sales, and expanding customer base by building high-performing delivery or engagement teams. The director will embody the principles of extreme ownership and a proactive mindset, ensuring customer success and contributing to the evolution of TetraScience's platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery leadership roles within the Life Sciences software and data market
- 3+ years in management consulting
- Experience in founding and executing solutions in the top 250 bio/pharma cohort
- Experience delivering complex enterprise deals - $ hundreds of thousands to millions in ARR per deal
- Ability to lead and mentor engagement teams
- Operational expertise in a fast-paced environment
